SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
During extreme temperatures, we will delay your wine shipment to protect its quality. Shipments to areas experiencing temperatures of 85°F or higher for prolonged periods will be postponed until conditions improve. We closely monitor the weather, but in many states, we may need to wait until September-October for safe shipping. If you prefer to have your wine shipped during a weather hold, please review the information below.
If you choose to ship wine during extreme temperatures, we are not liable for any compromised or damaged wines. Ice packs are available for purchase and are recommended for summer shipments. We also advise upgrading to two-day shipping if the transit time exceeds 1-2 days. Expedited shipping can be purchased for states outside our 1-2 day transit zone from Illinois (see map below). We strongly recommend ensuring that the wine shipment is received on the first delivery attempt. While these measures don't guarantee the wine's quality during transit, they do reduce risks. NORMAL WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is scanned in by FedEx or UPS. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10-14 days, depending on inventory availability. All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. We recommend having wine shipments sent to a business address if possible as they typically make earlier deliveries. You can manage your delivery through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice once your order has shipped.
We cannot ship to the following states: HI, AK, AL, MS, UT, MI
SHIPPING RATES/SALES TAX
Shipping and handling rates will vary based the number of bottles in your order. State sales taxes are collected and remitted as required.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO
We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a home or work address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the delivery. If you won't be home during normal business hours, we recommend having the wine shipped to your workplace or arranging for it to be held for pickup at a local FedEx or UPS store.
MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
UPS and FedEx will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. Orders returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking and cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for reshipping orders that are damaged or lost after a missed delivery attempt. If this occurs, we will replace your order, but you will be responsible for the reshipping charge. Please refer to the shipping table below for reshipping costs.
If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, both outgoing and return shipping charges are applied by FedEx and UPS. While we cover these initial charges and the cost of replacing any damaged bottles, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee to have the order sent out again. Should your order be returned to our fulfillment center, the reshipping costs are detailed below based on the number of bottles.
We will email you an invoice for the reshipping fee, which must be paid before your order can be reshipped.

CANCELATION FEE
All orders are subject to a 5% cancelation fee.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE
FedEx & UPS charge a $15 address correction fee. This fee applies to orders already fulfilled or shipped. Please double-check your shipping address after receiving the order confirmation email and upcoming wine club shipment notifications for wine club members.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
UPS and FedEx offer alternative delivery options, which you can manage through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice. We recommend submitting any alternative delivery requests as early as possible, and they must be made before the scheduled delivery day. Please contact the carrier directly to make arrangements. Note that they will hold your package at a pickup facility for a maximum of 5 days before returning it to our warehouse.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your wine bottle arrives broken, please reach out to us at shop@gulinowinery.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years or older. By accepting these terms of service you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that any wine you purchase through our site will be shipped to and signed for by a person of 21 years or older.
