The name, derived from Greek meaning "oak," suits this dry red wine perfectly. Made from Nero d'Avola vines, the carefully selected grapes thrive in the fertile soils and mild Sicilian climate. Aged for 12 months in Allier oak barriques, the wine develops a soft structure, elegant tannins, and intense blackberry aromas. It features a characteristic ruby red color and offers fruity aromas with notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate, subtle hints of herbal undertones complement the velvety taste, enriched by light toasted notes.
